The home, located on Holyrood Street, features an ultra-contemporary interior design scheme and required a visually excellent stair solution to suit. S&A Stairs with architect, Martin Friedrich, and builders, CAIA Group utilised Venetian plaster to create the lovely, textured balustrades and completed the look with limestone clad treads. The circular staircase of Holyrood Street comprises Stair Type 2C, a closed stair from S&A Stairs. The treads are formed with 32mm MDF with 18mm MDF risers.
