Cable Pits and Covers for Parks by Mascot Engineering With more than 100 years of experience, Mascot Engineering is the go-to for civil and public works. Although they are more known for their technical solutions for service lines, they have come to provide aesthetic options too. A good example of this is providing cable pits and covers for parks. Mascot Engineering was part of creating the Federal Skate Park in Annandale. This area has conservation work by the Glebe Railway viaduct, picnic areas, shared parts for pedestrians and bicycles, a playground, and a skate ramp. Mascot Engineering provided the Mascot GRC Cable Pits, which are manufactured according to AS3996:2019. They also supplied Class B GMS Checkerplate Covers, which were utilised for the grassy areas. As for the cable pits on the pavement, seamless Paver Infill Covers were used. Cable pits and covers for parks supplied by Mascot Engineering are available with Class A to Class G load ratings.
