VersiJack® 75 pedestal support system from Elmich Australia

VersiJack® 75 high strength, adjustable plastic slope correcting pedestals were used to support colourful water playground features from CT-Art Creation, situated at the roof terrace on the IMM Building in Singapore.

A suburban shopping mall that is home to more than 380,000 sq ft of retail shops, offices and warehouses under one roof located in the high-density residential area of Jurong East. IMM caters mainly for the family-oriented segment of the retail market, residing and working in the Western part of Singapore.

Owned and managed by CapitaMall Trust, the mall recently underwent a major upgrading of its existing facilities including the addition of a water-play area at the roof terrace.

VersiJack® 75 slope correcting pedestal incorporates numerous patented features not available on other products. These features include:

• stronger walls for higher load bearing capacity.
• Locking rings for improved strength and stability.
• Extra internal threads to support higher loads.
• Drainage holes at base prevent moisture retention thus minimizing risk of water-borne pest.
• A hollow core allows ballast for additional stability and strength.
