There are many ways to improve independence at home, increase your chance of finding employment, maximise education opportunities, and connect with others.

Vision Australia's Texpo will include exhibits from a range of Australian and international technology suppliers, as well as featuring a seminar program and an audio described cinema lounge, a service that provides visual information in the gaps between dialogue. "Texpo showcases a range of Vision Australia services, including Seeing Eye Dogs, and the latest adaptive technology designed to assist people with vision impairments to live the lives they choose.

It is a free event, which is open to the general public, people who are blind or have low vision, their friends and family, and industry professionals. Texpo attracts visitors from all over the state."
