The redevelopment of the Maribyrnong Civic Precinct and Community Hub in Footscray has combined heritage restoration with modern sustainable construction. Completed in December 2024, the project included the refurbishment of the 80-year-old Footscray Town Hall, a new six-star Green Star civic administration building, and a landscaped community park.

Buzon Adjustable Pedestals supplied by Pasco were specified for the outdoor terrace paving, delivering a stable, level, and accessible raised flooring system. Designed to withstand high pedestrian use, the pedestals ensured compliance with accessibility standards while providing long-term durability in public spaces.

To complement the paving works, Latham Stair Nosing was installed across key stairways in both the restored Town Hall and the new administration building. The anti-slip profiles improved visitor safety and integrated seamlessly with the heritage and contemporary architectural detailing.
