SITE DETAILS: Pacific Square is a new vibrant centre in Maroubra Junction, one of Sydney's Eastern coastal suburbs. The complex comprises a variety of retail outlets, leisure and fitness facilities, modern residential area, conveniently linked to major transport routes. Groundwater pressure created a waterproofing challenge for the construction company Abigroup, who turned to Radcrete's Sydney based representative Uniseal, who applied RADMYX to all lift pits. RADMYX is an environmentally friendly capillary waterproofing product, suitable also for potable water use and has zero VOC reading.
