A Magnetic boom gate was installed in the staff car park of a health care facility. The solar-powered option was ideal for this installation from a cost and economical perspective.

The entrance where the boom gate was to be installed was quite a distance from the nearest power source, so it was more beneficial to install a solar-powered boom gate. The boom gate was required to operate for more than 100 cars per day, therefore a high duty cycle and sustainable barrier was of utmost importance.

The Magnetic Access range offers great reliability, and low operational costs as well as utilising almost maintenance free technology. Magnetic also integrated the new solar-powered boom gate with the existing access control system.
