HEATSTRIP® Classic radiant heaters were recently selected to "warm up" one of the world's most famous and iconic landmarks. Visitors to the historic Eiffel Tower in Paris, France may not know it, but they are being kept warm and comfortable under ceiling-mounted heating panels from halfway around the world.

Designed and manufactured in Australia, Thermofilm's HEATSTRIP® Classic radiant heating panels were installed in the waiting and final security check-point areas of the Eiffel Tower. The panels' elegant slimline design and silent operation allows them to blend in unobtrusively with their surroundings, while providing gentle, constant, energy-efficient heat output for staff, and guests who are eager to make the journey up the famous structure.

The challenges of this site were designing a heating system that is inaccessible to the public; incorporating it with lights and insect repellent devices and being of suitable quality and construction that it is capable of running for 12+ hours per day, during the colder months.
