Pasco Construction Solutions, the leading distributor of world-class, high-performing waterproofing, sealant and silicone products, has just expanded their business and widened their service reach by opening a new store in Gladesville, only 10 km Northwest of Sydney's CBD.

The Pasco store is located at 4/14 Tennyson Road and stocks the full range of Pasco waterproofing, silicone and sealant products.

Pasco Hypercryl 363
The siliconised acrylic latex sealant is designed for use in both interior and exterior application. It is a tough, flexible sealant and forms a resilient bond to most building materials. Hypercryl 363 offers a flexible sealant with excellent resistance to mould, water, weathering and moisture vapour.

Hypercryl 363 is available in a wide range of colours to suit any project specification. It contains non-toxic materials and comes with no offensive odour. It can be applied in sealing construction and expansion joints, joints in precast panels, hollow concrete blocks, masonry brick walls and perimeter sealing of window and door frames.

Pascoflex PU25 Polyurethane Sealant
Pascoflex is a premium grade, one-part polyurethane sealant that cures to form a flexible watertight and weatherproof seal that accommodates +-25% joint movement.

Pascoflex is also resistant to mould. It is a fast curing, easy to tool sealant with excellent adhesion and paintability.

Pasco Hypersil 911
Hypersil 911 is a high performing neutral cure silicone sealant that forms a non-slumping, tough and flexible waterproof seal when cured. Hypersil 911 has excellent adhesion. It has a low and non-offensive odour; easy to tool and contains less than 5% VOC.

Hypersil 911 is used for general purpose glazing, curtain walls, construction joints, building claddings and perimeter sealing of door and window frames.
