Residential Pool Project Featuring LATICRETE

A quality residential pool project completed just in time for spring! LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep., Corey Downes was recently on the Sunshine Coast with the team from Ambrose Building as they completed this beautiful green Bali stone pool. The project included 225m² of Sukabumi stone installed using a range of LATICRETE installation materials which qualifies for a LATICRETE 15 Year Swimming Pool System Warranty.

Products used:

• 226 Thick Bed Mortar is a factory prepared blend of carefully selected raw materials, Portland cement, and graded aggregates. 226 Thick Bed Mortar was designed for use with 3701 Mortar Admix to produce a latex Portland cement mortar that has exceptional strength.
• 3701 Mortar Admix is used in place of water. 3701 Mortar Admix improves the working and physical properties of any cement mix and provides an economical and easy way to make permanent, trouble-free installations of ceramic tile, brick, and natural stone.
• LATAPOXY® 300 Adhesive is a chemical resistant, epoxy adhesive that will bond to most sound, clean surfaces. The adhesive spreads easily and cleans with water while fresh.
• LATAPOXY® SP-100 is a stainless, pigment free, colourfast epoxy grout for grouting floor installations of ceramic tile, brick, and stone.
• LATASIL™ is a high performance, one component, neutral cure, 100% silicone sealant designed for ceramic tile and stone applications.
• STONETECH® Grout Release makes grout installation clean-up easier.
