Radcon Aids Integrity to Cracked Concrete from Radcrete Pacific![]() SITE DETAILS COUNTRY: JapanSITE: Sakaebashi Bridge APPLICATOR: Kankyo Biken CONTRACTOR: Daiho Corporation YEAR: 1998 SIZE: 300 sq mtrs Seeing this photo, it is easy in to see why Daiho Corporation wanted to use Radon Formula #7 on the supports of this bridge. They were displaying extensive cracks and needed a product that was able to offer integrity to this overstressed concrete. Radcon has been able to seal the cracks, protect the reinforcement, consolidate the surface, as well as protect the structure from the ingress of pollutants and water. Radcon was applied in 1998; there are no signs of degradation and in fact there is little to no change in the concrete on this bridge to the date of this article.
