Waterco expands Exotuf pool filter range

Waterco Ltd has expanded its range of Exotuf thermoplastic granular pool filters, unveiling the next generation Exotuf 500, in addition to the new 600 and 700 models. And all are specifically designed to cope with the cyclic pressures of the modern day swimming pool.

The enhanced range now includes a full range of 500, 600 and 700 models. The Exotuf 500 and 600 filters feature 40mm multiport valves and standard lateral systems, while the Exotuf 600, 602, 700 & 702 Plus-sized tanks come with either 40mm or 50mm multiport valves, plus highly efficient fish tail lateral systems in both top and side-mount models.

Exotuf filters are precision injection moulded for superior strength and dependability, and they're ideal for pools equipped with in-floor cleaning and high powered pumps. They're pressure rated to 350kPa, are corrosion and UV resistant, and can be easily used with Waterco Glass Pearl Media.

Additional features of the Exotuf range include:

• Multiport valve with ergonomic handle and quick connect barrel unions
• Multiport valve clamp provides 360° orientation of the multiport valve for simple installation and service
• Clear sight glass for backwash inspection
• Pressure gauge to determine the filter's capacity
• Hydraulically balanced flow distribution, to maximise filtration and backwashing
• Large filter base for stable floor mounting

Exotuf filters are covered by a 10-year tank warranty and 1-year warranty on all other components. Commercial installations are covered by a 5-year (1 year full + 4 years pro rata) tank warranty and 1-year warranty on all other components.
