Acryl-X 2000 can protect water reservoir tanks against water leakage.

During the waterproofing project on the condemned potable reservoir tank in Elanora, Neoferma supplied CIW with Acryl-X 2000 which provided a secondary barrier against water leakage after the Stopaq® tape.

Acryl-X 2000 was injected through the packers into the joint. It's a non-toxic aqueous solution of multifunctional acrylic monomers. The resin gels in a few seconds to a few minutes when an activator/initiator is added just before injection. The final product is a soft and tacky cross-linked gel.
