Wax-Tape® #1 is used for underground pipes and is compatible with steel, ductile iron, and PVC. Surfaces covered by the anti-corrosion pipe wrapping tape should remain in the same condition and corrosion-free even after years after application. Wax-Tape® #1 is a highly recommended pipe wrapping tape protection against corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Wax-Tape® #2

A self-firming anti corrosion pipe wrapping tape that requires little to no surface preparation and is compatible with other coatings. Unlike Wax-Tape® #1, this anti-corrosion pipe wrapping tape firms up on its own hence is perfect for aboveground and belowground pipes with complex and irregular surfaces.
