Balustrades for Gibbons St, Redfern from Axiom Group Flagship Development - 11 Gibbons St, Redfern NSW This project is a flagship development which has transformed a former City of Sydney depot to deliver an outstanding urban renewal project in the heart of Redfern. Completed in June 2021, the 162-unit, 18-storey building provides 40 social and 120 affordable housing units across a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units. 
Recognising the cultural significance of this site, public art by Joe Hurst is integrated throughout the building and more than 40% of households identify as Aboriginal. Project partners include Lendlease, DKO, City of Sydney, and the NSW Government. The project is financed with the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation.
