PROMASEAL® Cast-in Collars from Promat Australia

PROMASEAL® Green Cast-in and PROMASEAL® Hi-Blu Cast-in collars are designed to be fixed to formwork prior to pouring of concrete floor slabs. The collar accommodates the uPVC pipe fitting inside the soffit of the slab, enabling significant space savings to be achieved.

PROMASEAL® Cast-in collars will close both pipe and pipe fitting in the event of fire. These collars have been tested for up to 240 minutes in accordance with AS1530: Part 4 and AS4072 with uPVC and various other pipe types such as HDPE.

PROMASEAL® Green Cast-in collars are available for 40-100mm pipes, and will require a length of pipe to be in place during the pour as the top of the collar does not protrude the top of the concrete slab (Only 80mm height). The PROMASEAL® Hi-Blu Cast-in collars are available for 40-150mm pipes, and generally do not require any pipe to be in place during the pour as the top of the collar will protrude the top of the concrete slab (250mm height).
