The Fitzroy Gasworks education precinct in Fitzroy North is a landmark six-storey development designed to support up to 650 students, featuring expansive learning areas, indoor sports facilities, and tiered rooftop terraces with open-air spaces. Delivering long-term durability across these high-use communal zones required a robust waterproofing and paving solution.

Pasco supplied AQUAPROOF 110, a one-part polyurethane waterproofing membrane, along with Buzon Adjustable Pedestals to support raised paver areas. AQUAPROOF 110 forms a seamless, rubberised membrane with over 750% elongation, accommodating structural movement while providing strong adhesion and fast curing to accelerate construction timelines. This performance was critical across podiums and rooftop terraces exposed to weather and heavy foot traffic.
