Design File: Light on Landscape Exhibiting at DesignEX 2011

DesignFile 001: Light on Landscape makes its debut & unveils it's wonderful Triple Spun Pendant light fitting.

Making its designEX debut in 2011 is exhibitor, Light on Landscape, which will present a wonderful array of quirky, fun, classic and original luminaires, designed and crafted in Melbourne.

Visitors to the stand will particularly enjoy the Triple Spun Pendant, designed by in house designer, Chris Herman, and aimed at the boutique residential and commercial design audience.

The pendant's design is reminiscent of classic pieces from European kitchens and early bathroom trumpet sets. It is made from natural copper, with brass extruded tubing. The brass has been pre-aged with an oxide finish to give it a more approachable personality and a darker, earthy tone. The Triple Spun Pendant can be custom powder coated to any colour, examples of which can be seen at designEX.

Light on Landscape's (LOL) products have never been released to the marketplace or media before. The company's participation at designEX precedes its upcoming official website launch.

Also on display at the stand will be a snapshot of LOL's exterior lighting design expertise, presented in collaboration with some of Melbourne top designers and architects. The results show some of Melbourne's most beautifully lit and balanced gardens.
