Ultramastic 3 by Mapei is a fantastic all round adhesive when it comes to tiling walls and floors. It comes as a ready to use paste and has attributes of no vertical slip and an extended open time. Ultramastic 3 can be used over all substrates normally used in building as well as for tiling over existing ceramic tiles and painted wall surfaces. Great characteristics when doing home renovations.

Ultramastic 3 is usable within a wide temperature range: 5 degrees up to 35 degrees, typical of Australian weather, this means that no matter what time of year, Ultramastic 3 will give you great finished results. Floor and walls are ready for use approx. 7 days after installation.

The tiling work can be grouted after 12-24 hrs, using Keracolor range of grout or Ultracolor Plus, both of which come in a range of colours to match or compliment your tile colour. If you need higher resistance to chemical agents then Kerapoxy can be used.

Ultramastic 3 can be used on exterior areas that are sufficiently protected from rain, but is not suitable for use in swimming pools or fountains where water is constantly present.
