Cost Saving Mini Crane from Preston Upon near completion of a unit block at Chermside in Brisbane's North, we were approached by the builder who had used our mini crane erecting steel columns on the top floor. He needed to lift various sized awnings comprised of 3mm plate steel into position around the base of the building. We were happy to help out with our 305 mini crane which could reach approximately 5 of the panels at a time. This incurred around 5 set ups with each of these being done off the footpath, removing the requirements of a traffic control. The job took only 1 day, in comparison a larger crane would have taken an equal amount of time due to the shape of the building requiring more set ups, from a larger crane. Therefore the mini crane did the job a lot cheaper, with minimal obstruction to the public in the same amount of time.
