Chad Surface Coatings Pro Render is a polymer modified cement based render, which can be used on most substrates, with superior adhesion. The high compressive and flexural strength make it particularly suitable for high density substrates with the added advantage of being able to be applied as a thin section skim coat on sound surfaces. It has excellent water and crack resistance. It is very easy to apply and low maintenance. Suitable Substrate: Expanded Polystyrene, Concrete Tilt Panel Walls, Fibre Cement Sheet, Primed & Painted Surfaces. Coverage: Based on a 3mm thick coat 4-5m2 per 20kg bag.
