Spaces that go unnoticed are sometimes the ones that need a touch of colour the most. Take, for example, a stairwell; these spaces are usually bland and left forgotten. But at Club Heathcote, their staircase becomes a focal point. Di Emme Creative Solutions created a two-storey mural for the staircase, and it complements the rest of the club.

DACCA Architecture redesigned the space and drew inspiration from bushland settings. Di Emme brought the vision to life. Red bloodwoods, Sydney peppermints, scribbly gums-local eucalypts-were added onto the staircase wall.

A digital artwork was first sent in for approval before Di Emme created the custom wallpaper for the staircase. Once the design was approved, test prints were done to ensure exact colouring and texture were achieved.
