Stop house leakage problems before they start with Wolfin

Andy was about to start building his new house alongside the river at Kyle Bay when he spoke to his friend Bob, also an owner-builder. Bob had finished building his own house about 12 months earlier.

Since he had finished the house had leaked � the roof leaked, the bathrooms leaked and the balcony over the TV room leaked. As Bob said to Andy "at first the waterproofer came over every time I called. But that stopped after 2 months and then he said the membrane had failed. When I called the membrane supplier he said the membrane had been installed incorrectly..."

Andy decided to use a waterproofing system which came with a single-point guarantee on both materials and workmanship. He selected the Wolfin System - Wolfin being the only company that offered such a warranty � and had been doing so in Australia for more than 15 years.

The new house at 3 Merriman St, Kyle Bay overlooked both the river and the park. Andy built it with 3 levels � all with views. Wolfin was used to waterproof the flat roof, the balconies and all the internal wet areas. The balconies and wet areas were tiled and the roof had an exposed fully-bonded membrane installed.

Wolfin themselves inspected the job on completion (having been involved in the waterproofing design and also carried out interim inspections) and issued the single-point warranty covering both the membrane system and workmanship to Andy.
