Whether it be for sound clarity, speech intelligibility, safety or improved comfort levels via a reduction of annoying sound reflection, our range of products provide excellent sound absorption and allow a high level of design flexibility. They require no heavy duty fixings and are rapidly and cleanly installed. All have excellent ratings with regard to AS1530.3.
Adherable Systems - Sonex, Pyramid and Plano Bevel These adherable options can be manufactured in either urethane or melamine foam. Urethane foam should only be considered for areas that do not require low fire rating materials. Urethane foam products should probably not be considered for public access spaces. Melamine foam enjoys excellent fire ratings and may be considered for all applications. Applications for these systems include walls and ceilings in community, church and multi purpose halls, audio and video conference facilities, communal dining and recreation areas, cafes, restaurants, music and vocal practise areas, auditoriums, lecture theatres, classrooms and as an alternative to suspended ceiling systems in commercial office spaces. All of these options can be installed using standard commonly available construction adhesives and are easily cut and fitted at site.
Sonex
Pyramid
Plano Bevel
Suspended Systems - Rondo Baffles, Plano Baffles, Wetroom Baffles These systems are manufactured from very light weight melamine foam. They add little to the roof load with a 1250 x 625 x 50mm unit weighing less than 500g. They show excellent results with regard to AS1530.3. Applications for these systems include larger spaces where absorbency is required such as auditoriums, sports halls, swimming pools, lecture theatres, concert and theatre venues and as an alternative to standard drop in tile acoustic ceilings in offices and etc. These systems are ideal for situations where direct fixing to wall or the ceiling substrate may be impractical or undesirable and as a way of increasing absorption area where wall and ceiling treatment only may prove insufficient. Utilising commonly available and lightweight fixings these systems may be installed vertically or horizontally and at different height and layout configurations.
