High Build Render
Chad Surface Coatings High Build Render is a general purpose render, recommended for applications where high build is required, such as rendering over rough brick work and lightweight aerated blocks & panels. It has excellent water and crack resistance, with strong adhesion. It is very easy to apply and low maintenance.

Boral Base Compounds
Basecote 45 & 60
Gypsum-based setting products designed for taping and basecoating plasterboard joints and angles. Possessing superior joint filling characteristics with smooth flow under trowel and through machine, both offer a strong and durable bond and low shrinkage.

BaseCote 45 has a working time of approximately 45 minutes. BaseCote 60 has a working time of approximately of 60 minutes.
