Cleaning Leaf Stains & Mold with Daily Floor Cleaner from Stain-Proof®

The Problem?

Leaf stains and mold growth are common, especially in fall. When some types of leaf sit on a surface for a period of time, resins and tannins can leech from the leaves onto and into the porous material. These are particularly difficult to remove.

The Solution?

Stain-Proof Daily Floor Cleaner was used in a medium concentration (1:20) to give the surface a general deep clean. The product was then used neat to the leaf stains and after 10 minutes was agitated with a stiff bristle brush. Once the stain was removed, the surface was rinsed with a garden hose.
