Steel Security Doors and Screens by ATDC for Port Augusta Railway Station The heritage-listed Port Augusta Railway Station, located about four hours from Adelaide, recently underwent a security upgrade for the Department of Infrastructure. To meet the project's needs, ATDC supplied and installed its steel security doors and screens, finished in pearl white powder coating. Configured in a bi-parting overhead tracking system, the design significantly reduced storage stacks on either side of the secured openings. Each opening required 3300mm-high doors, well within ATDC's manufacturing capabilities of up to 4550mm height and unlimited span. Specified by renowned architectural firm Swanbury Penglase and installed by project managers R + R Plevin Pty Ltd, ATDC's security doors are frequently chosen for government and public infrastructure projects across Australia. Known for their durability and versatility, they provide a reliable solution for high-traffic, high-security environments while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
