The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) has recently installed eight heavy-duty aluminium roller shutters at the new Adidas outlet in Melbourne's south-east, only a short drive from the CBD.

Constructed from locally sourced aluminium extrusions, the RS3 security shutters are marine-grade, robust, and designed for long-term durability. Each unit is electrically operated, incorporating external key switches for added security and internal emergency egress buttons for safe exit. To ensure continuous operation during power failures, the system also includes UPS battery backup mechanisms. The shutters were finished in standard Black Dulux Powdercoat, providing a sleek, professional look.

The installation was managed by Associated Projects, a Dandenong South-based national fitout company.

Rolling neatly into a slimline overhead pelmet box, these shutters stay unobtrusive while offering excellent weather and vermin resistance. This makes them an effective solution for shopfronts, shopping centres, sports stadiums, schools, banks, medical centres, and factory showrooms.
