The Marina Terrace in New Zealand is a luxury lakefront accommodation completed in 2021. This complex features apartments, a spa, a gym, and a private indoor pool. Applicator B&W Furniture used the clear coating system for high-end kitchens from Mirotone for aesthetics and longevity in the apartments.

The MIROTHANE Clear PU system was applied onto the timber kitchen panels as well as the built-in shelving at the combined dining and lounge area. The system includes the MIROTHANE PU 5545 Clear Sealer, which provides an excellent sanding base and the MIROTHANE PU 5735 Fast/Med HS Hardener.

To finish it off, the MIROTHANE PU 5588 Clear Topcoat is applied for quick drying and excellent flow for increased throughput. The Topcoat has very good solvent resistance as well as water resistance with minimal sink back.
