Fan-assisted Airflow Raised Access Floor Panels from Tate

Fan-assisted Airflow Raised Access Floor Panels from Tate

For data centres with low raised access floor heights, this fan-assisted airflow panel - PowerAire® Quad from Tate - is the ideal solution. It is purpose-designed to provide built-in redundancy, equipped with 4 fans connected in a parallel formation. Measuring only 4" deep, the PowerAire® Quad is best for retrofitting server room floor heights of as low as 7.5" (or 190mm). In action, when the ambient air temperature of the room requires additional cooling, the unit automatically turns on. There are three control options available, namely:

  • PowerAire® Quad C - client-controlled.
  • PowerAire® Quad S - 1 rack-mounted sensor.
  • PowerAire® Quad M - 3 rack-mounted sensors.

The PowerAire® Quad requires zero maintenance and is easy to operate with a user-programmable set point. It also comes with variable speed-fan drives, allowing all four fans to be throttled up or down depending on heat load requirements.
