Waterproofing in a coastal/harbour environment requires a waterproof system that will resist the harsh weather conditions associated with these areas including the highly aggressive & damaging salt environment.

The Wolfin Sheet Membrane System has recently been installed to rectify roof membrane failures at the Watsons Bay Hotel and a residential property in Blue Bay - Central Coast. Both these properties sit adjacent to the water & the existing membranes were severely compromised by the salt environment & UV exposure.

The Wolfin membrane exhibits outstanding chemical & UV resistance for these installations & also uses marine grade 316L Stainless Steel profiles for terminating the system. This ensures that the system is suited for the application that ensures the required longevity & durability of the waterproofing is achieved in these harsh environments.

As with all Wolfin installations upon completion the works were inspected by Wolfin Membranes Australia who issued a single-point labour and materials warranty.
