Completed in 2008 Sapphire was contacted by Lyons to assist in developing finishes on aluminium that would be a pleasant alternative to the tradition timber interiors in court rooms. A new Aluwall panel was developed in response that clips together with invisible fixing and give s the impression of a flat wall panel in three contrasting but sympathetic finishes.

Sapphire was also responsible for supplying its Frontline Partition Suite and 150mm High screwfix skirtings in Anodised Matt Gunmetal Finish. The Parramatta Trial Courts comprise 14,000m2 and house nine criminal courts. It is capable of accommodating multi-defendant and high security cases. The Parramatta project is one of the first court buildings in Australia to provide five separate circulation systems including judicial, jury, public, custody and administrative functions.
