New Yarra Valley Grammar Building Sets the Benchmark The new Yarra Valley Grammar Maths and Science building has set the benchmark for advanced security by installing the latest in wireless access control systems, called SALTO. The building, recently opened by the Governor General Sir Peter Cosgrove, features a stand-alone system that offers a flexible, secure and convenient alternative to out-dated key control systems. While traditional access control requires extensive wiring of every door, SALTO is essentially wireless and is particularly cost-effective for use in schools as it also eliminates the perpetual cost of re-keying.
