Lightweight Fabric Architecture Pavilion with Ronstan

MPavilion 2022 at Queen Victoria Gardens, Melbourne

The 9th MPavilion in Melbourne held in 2022 featured a unique design. This lightweight fabric architecture pavilion, made with the help of Ronstan, featured a fishing net and waffle layer design. Products from Ronstan used included the following:

Naomi Milgrom Foundation is dedicated to bringing exceptional architecture, design, and art into the lives of Australians. One of their ongoing initiatives is the MPavilion, which is supported by the State Government of Victoria and the City of Melbourne. Each year, the Naomi Milgrom Foundation commissions outstanding architects to design pavilions at the Queen Victoria Gardens.

The MPavilion 2022 created is not just a work of art but a functional piece too. The structural system is strong yet light and it can resist environmental forces like rain and wind.
