Joinery Seals for Doors and Windows from Raven

The Raven RP600 series of weather stripping has been specially designed for bespoke and proprietary door and window joinery applications. Offering fabricators the best weather sealing and life cycle performance, the RP600 series has high abrasion resistance and is UV stabilised.

The push-in barb fit design offers quick installation for the joiner or a fast refit by the builder where on-site timber finishing may be required.

Made from unique co-extruded TPE rubber which is flame retardant, the Raven RP600 series of compression seals achieve a flammability index rating of ≤ 5 when tested to AS 1530.2, in accordance with AS 3959. With improved life span over traditional plastic covered foam strips which can become hard and brittle over time, this series of weather stripping makes the ideal ember seal for use in Bushfire prone areas up to BAL40*.

The Raven RP600 series weather stripping complies with NCC BCA Pt 3.12.3.3 & J3.4 for Building Sealing and Energy Efficiency and when used in conjunction with Raven door bottom seals and threshold plates, a fully compliant sealing system can be achieved.
