Interior Topcoats for Jewel Towers from Mirotone
Jewel, the stylish and luxurious three tower, multi-story development located on Old Burleigh Road, is the latest to join a cast of signature global landmarks in Surfers Paradise. Architects, DBI were inspired by crystalline volcanic hook (geometric) forms for the underlying structure. The building employs a host of sophisticated facade technologies, including shading from the sun and shelter from the wind in response to the subtropical climate. This 5-star, green rated complex provides a host of facilities including a concierge, hotel, spa, gym, bars, fine dining, retail, resort living, and endless ocean views. Mirotone's MIROSTAIN 2616 Stain and MIROTHANE PU 5577 Sunshield Topcoat in a matt finish were used extensively in the bathrooms and kitchens, while MIROTEC WB 8060 Clear Topcoat (matt) was used to coat the entry doors.
