Lightweight Stone Veneer Sheets for Feature Walls by Marmox Australia

Traditional stone finishes can be difficult to deliver on site due to weight, handling constraints and installation time. Marmox Sliced Stone Veneer Sheets offer real stone character in a lightweight, flexible sheet format, making it easier to create feature walls, curved surfaces and statement finishes in residential and commercial projects.

Each sheet comprises a thin layer of natural Indian sedimentary rock bonded to a flexible backing fleece, with an overall thickness of approximately 4 (1.5) mm and a weight of 2.5-3 kg/m2. The surface is treated with a clear polycarbonate solution to create a stable, waterproof and stain-resistant finish that allows straightforward adhesive and grout removal during installation.

The sheets are 100 per cent waterproof and include an inbuilt decoupling system, helping to accommodate minor substrate movement. Available in sizes including 1220 x 610 mm and 2100 x 1050 mm, they can be applied to curved surfaces indoors and out, expanding design possibilities beyond what is practical with solid stone.
