Modular Ceiling Lattice Fits Brief at Maroubra Seals

Fugen is undertaking a major refurbishment of the gaming area at Maroubra Seals Club in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, and engaged Di Emme to realise the concept for a latticed ceiling for the space. With no material specifications, Di Emme opted to construct the lattice in lightweight powder coated aluminium RHS.

Focusing on the practicalities of dressing a large expanse of ceiling with around 2km of aluminium, Di Emme provided a modular design with each module having six anchor points.

Di Emme outsourced the manufacture and powder coating but undertook the set out and installation of the lattice modules.
