The redevelopment of Newgreens Chatswood Golf Club delivers a contemporary hospitality environment that balances visual warmth, acoustic comfort and durability. Completed in October 2025, the Sydney project reimagines the clubhouse as a flexible venue supporting dining, leisure and community use.

Designed by Team 2 Interior Design and constructed by Parkview Constructions, the interior required lining systems capable of responding to varied spaces while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. SUPAWOOD architectural linings were specified to meet these requirements across hospitality, lounge and circulation areas.

Installed by LJ Interiors, the scope included SUPACOUSTIC acoustic panels to enhance sound comfort, SUPALINE decorative wall linings in high-traffic zones, and custom curved elements at key touchpoints such as the reception area. Finishes including SUPAFINISH Blackbutt and DRIFTWOOD Blackwashed introduced natural texture while supporting consistency and ease of maintenance.
