First accredited in 1999 by the National Association of Testing Authorities or NATA, Neilsen's Technical Services Laboratory continues to retain its accreditation today. The Neilsen Group established its own Technical services to ensure all products, as well as services, meet the highest levels of compliance and performance as expected by clients.

The staff at Neilsen's Technical Services Laboratory are accredited, skilled, and experienced. The team works closely with specifiers and customers to deliver solutions and results with integrity and accuracy.

The Laboratory is able to offer fee-based public testing services, that are of course consistent with NATA accreditation, for aggregates, mortar, concrete, and grout. The samples, tests, and reports provided are in accordance with the Australian Standards and Statutory and Project specifications.
