Located at the Signadou campus in Watson, the development introduces 42 fully furnished studio apartments, designed by Fore Group and managed by Sandrick to maximise space, comfort, and functionality.

Keystone Linings supplied its Key-Nirvana pre-finished decorative MDF panels for the project, supporting both the visual and functional requirements of the interiors. The panels were used across wall and ceiling applications, contributing to a consistent finish while reducing on-site finishing requirements.
