Clay brick veneer construction requires reliable wall ties that suit the cavity, substrate and corrosion requirements of the project. Cerra Metal Works offers the Stubi Face Fix Veneer Tie, an Australian designed and tested solution for universal brick veneer applications.

The Stubi face fix veneer tie is suitable for clay brick and supports a maximum cavity of 50mm. It has been tested to AS/NZS 2699.1:2020 and conforms to the corrosion resistance requirements set by AS/NZS 2699 and AS 3700. Corrosion options include R3 hot dipped galvanising and R4 stainless steel 316L, allowing selection based on project exposure conditions.

Face Fix Veneer Tie for Clay Brick Applications by Cerra Metal Works.

Fixing options include 8g x 32mm self-drilling treated pine screws for timber, 8g x 12mm self-drilling hex head screws for metal, or 30mm x 2.8mm diameter connector nails for timber. Galvanised Class 3 finish and stainless steel 316 options are available.
