Chain of Custody Certification for Glulam Products from DGI

Chain of Custody

DGI NSW and DGI Dungog have recently acquired AS4707 Chain of Custody (CoC) Certification for glulam products. Our CoC certified products are guaranteed that the original timbers have been sourced from sustainable managed forests that comply with the Australian Forest Standards.

Most species of our Dungog productions are sourced from certified plantations or managed forests within Australia. When timbers are sourced from outside Australia then we do our outmost to ensure that the products are legal and/or certified and not from controversial sources.

During our transitional period, please request for CoC certified products when required; all of our CoC certified products will bear the two certification logos above.

Our products also meet the performance criteria of following standards:

AS/NZS 1328 - Glued Laminated Structural Timber
AS5067 - Timber - Non-structural glued laminated
AS5068 - Timber - Finger joints in structural products
AS/NZS 4364 - Timber - Bond performance of structural adhesives
