Digital glass imaging by IDC Colourfield - Italian plasters, murals or metal leaf finishes![]() Glass imaging is the most recent service offered by IDC Colourfield. A high resolution digital imaging can be done on a glass. The digital image is placed on the interlayer of Class 1 safety glass, which is a cost effective method. The glass used is AS/NZ 2208 grade A safety class, which makes it ideal to be used in different situations like lift interiors, building facades, bar fronts. It has been used in some of the famous architectural buildings like Bull Dogs club, Fairfield RSL, Surfers Paradise, Maid and Magpie and in West leagues. Application of metal leaf could be witnessed in Bathers Pavilion at Balmoral beach and in David Jones Chadstone. A custom aluminium leaf finish accompanied by an amber wash was done in David Jones Chadstone. Italian plasters manufactured by IDC Colourfield has found its application in places like commercial fit out, customs house, Point Piper residence, Versace Boutique and in private residence. Murals have been used in Ancient Briton hotel, Bulldogs League Club, Private residence and in Revesby workers Club.
