External below grade: BASF has introduced two new products for use in covered membrane installations such as retaining walls, basements, planter boxes, podiums and podium gardens.

MasterSeal HLM 5100TIX is a single component water based thixotropic polymer membrane with high elongation and fast curing characteristics.

MasterSeal HLM 5200SL is a single component water based self levelling polymer with high elongation and fast curing characteristics. Although black in colour, it contains no bitumen and is solvent free giving it a low VOC.
