Electric Chain Winders from Unique Window Services

Unique Window Services offers The Linco Aura Series of motors, which is a brand new range of electric chainwinders.

Our Aura Twin 240 is the dual chain 240 volt motor in this series. Being 240 volt the motor can be used in Fire Control and Smoke Ventilation Systems.

This motor suitable for use on any sashes of over 1500mm in width. At this size, the awnings do become very heavy and require a more even application of force. The dual chains mean that the opening and closing force is applied at multiple points to the window and therefore reduces the amount of twisting and tension. If twisting was to occur it can mean that the window will not completely close or open at one end. This also puts more strain on the chain winder as it too will have a lateral force applied to it, a direction it is not designed for.

With the new style vent brackets on the Aura Series we are now able to install these motors into concealed 'Vantage' awning window frames. This gives you option to control very large sashes (over 1500mm wide) in the same style while also creating an easier switching system for the end user and the installer alike.
