Adding Scheduled Breaks on NDIS Software for Staff Members.

Adding scheduled breaks for your care team staff members, as well as checking them on the mobile app, is made easier in CareVision. Make sure to check with your coordinator team or HR for future rostering if you don't have your break templates already set up.

On the team scheduling area, click on the plus icon under the staff name. Select from a template name or create a new scheduled break. This will allow you to add the break name, add details, the type of break, the duration, the break time, and if it is paid or unpaid.

Once done, click on "save" and the scheduled break will automatically be added to your team member's schedule. Ensure that you also click on "publish" so that the scheduled break will go to your staff's calendar section.
