Soundlag 4525C acoustic insulation for cinemas from Pyrotek, with its highly dense and flexible mass layer as well as a decoupling layer, offered an exceptional reduction of sound coming from the PVC piping system in the ceiling of the theatres. Flexible and easy to install, the Soundlag wraps also break the vibration path between the pipe substrate and the mass barrier, successfully mitigating the pipe noise issue.

The installation and testing of the Soundlag 4525C were performed and supervised by MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and acoustic specialists, successfully demonstrating its excellent performance in reducing the level of noise coming from the PVC drainage pipes.
