A Wategos Beach House in Byron Bay, NSW features a design by award-winning architect Phil Harris from Troppo. The design brief was to build a home with an open layout that "invited the outdoors in" while still being protected from the sun and other elements. Ultimately, Safetyline Jalousie louvre windows were used to create the desired ventilation and ambience for the open-layout beach house.

The acclaimed architect preferred the Safetyline Jalousie louvre windows because of the solidness the louvre profiles offer. It is able to provide elegance in design while creating a feeling of security, strength, and protection.

According to the award-winning architect Phil Harris own words:

"Safetyline Jalousie louvre windows make a strong statement about being a louvre, more so than louvres with a centre pivot. They are a bolder form of the louvre and I think they are pretty cool!"
