Adding the allergy and dietary requirements of clients on CareVision is pretty simple. Just open the profile of your client under the PEOPLE module. From there, you will be able to find the Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements bar. Under this, you can click Create New and a popup window will appear.

You can create more than one allergy and dietary requirement for each client. This will allow you to separate information, for example, a client may require Halal meals due to their religion but they may also be allergic to nuts.
